What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email, city, employment type, monthly income and required loan amount, along with basic technical metadata (referring campaign, IP, device) needed to route the enquiry.
Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate loan eligibility with our partner banks and NBFCs, to allow one of our advisors to contact you, and to comply with our regulatory record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Details are shared only with the specific lender(s) whose product you are being evaluated for. Rupee Xpert does not sell, rent or trade personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, after which they are anonymised or deleted, except where a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@rupee-xpert.com. We will action valid requests within 30 days.
